Jivan Wolf, a current resident of New York and Los Angeles, studied design
at the University of Paris. Trained in metaphysics and healing, she developed
a passionate interest in the powers of the mineral kingdom, especially
gemstones. Jivan also studied the ancient classical methods of jewelry
fabrication of Egypt and Greece. These studies lead her to become an expert
goldsmith and lapidary.
Jivan strives to combine the look of old and new in her pieces. She feels that this desired balance has been achieved when an individual viewing her creation takes note that it appears as if the piece has been unearthed from an archeological dig but also reflects the qualities of the 21st century and the future to come.
